Addy helping Mom clean up our upstairs bathroom: "Mom, there is so much to do in here!"
Addy: Looks down on the sofa and sees one of her hairs that has fallen out. She picks it up and says, "Uh, oh, my hair." Then she takes it and puts it back on her head.
Dad to Addy: Two minutes honey, and then we have to get out of the bathtub.
Addy: Dad, how about 40 minutes?!

Addy's a much better bargainer than Clay. I say, "Clay, I'm setting the timer for 2 minutes and then we need to go upstairs." To which Clay replies, "Daddy, can we put 1 minute on the timer?" "Deal."
